Order Discrepancy
If there is an order discrepancy, we MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 48 HOURS of you receiving the order.
Making a Claim

- Name
- Company name
- Invoice number
- Item number
- Claim details
We will happily address your concerns. Items returned without a Returns Authorisation Notice cannot be processed.
A 15% handling fee may apply.
Once the claim has been made, we will endeavor to send you a replacement or refund your payment within 14 days (excluding shipments to remote locations), providing your Returns Authorisation Notice is included with the item(s) returned.
All products you buy from S & Y Agencies are covered by the S & Y Agencies Returns Policy.
From Monday 9 March 2020 until further notice, we will not provide a refund where you have simply changed your mind about products purchased from
S & Y Agencies in the following categories:
- Toilet Paper
- Tissues
- Cleaning (anti-bacterial wipes, sprays, cleaners, gloves)
